Casamigos Mezcal Joven Tequila, 750mL

Casamigos Mezcal Joven Tequila is an artisanal spirit handcrafted in Oaxaca, Mexico, from 100% Espadín agave. Using traditional techniques, the agave piñas are slow-roasted in earthen pits lined with volcanic rock for 4-6 days, then crushed with a tahona wheel. After a natural fermentation process of 6-8 days, the mezcal is double-distilled in copper pot stills, resulting in a smooth and balanced profile. The nose offers fragrant herbal and fruity notes with a hint of smoke. On the palate, delicate flavors of smoke and black pepper unfold, leading to a long, silky finish. Perfect for sipping neat or enhancing cocktails.
